Sponsored by the PTSO—as their primary fund-raiser—the 2nd Annual Raider Island Festival features a Caribbean Market place of artisans with jewelry, stationery, woodcarvings, paintings etc., in addition to arts and crafts provided by NFHS and community organizations, and various vendor wares.
Additional festival activities and features include . . .
- Local restaurants and vendors will sell food and beverage items.
- NFHS clubs and teams will provide games and tests of skill.
- A silent auction, featuring spa visits, overnight getaways, and engaging themed gift baskets.
- Special children’s activities, including a special surprise—late afternoon—event sponsored by Chick-fil-A of Dawsonville
Funds raised by the PTSO are used for enhancing North Forsyth High School’s general education and facility improvements
